RETURN & REFUND POLICY

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within this 14-day period that you wish to cancel your purchase.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Please include your order number or other proof of purchase with your return.

Return Conditions

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a physical store.

We ask that returned items are handled with care and, where reasonably possible, returned in their original condition and packaging.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

For clothing, this means that you may try the item on, but you should not wear or use it beyond what is necessary to determine whether it is suitable for you.

Return Shipping Costs

The direct costs of returning your order are your responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments that must legally be refunded within 14 days after you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

If you return your entire order, we will also refund the original standard delivery costs. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost.

If you return only part of your order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after receiving it.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us at maintrexworldwide@gmail.com. Include your order number and, where useful, photos showing the issue so we can assess and resolve it.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products are not affected by this return policy.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in certain situations provided by law, including certain products made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized products.

Where a statutory exception applies, we will clearly inform you where required.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are not automatically excluded from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, discounted products can also be returned within the applicable withdrawal period.

If you would like a different size or product, please contact us at maintrexworldwide@gmail.com.

Unless otherwise agreed, the easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
